Job Description:

Evaluation and treatment of on and off:the:job illness/injuries. Determine fitness for duty and return of work status of employees. Provide emergency care of all employees and visitors. Perform medical testing for physicals and health surveillance. Perform substance abuse testing and breath alcohol screening. Assist physicians with physical exams. Documentation of all services including input into the Medical Information Services. Maintain accurate and legible treatment records. Maintain confidentiality of all medical information. Expertise in phlebotomy and electrocardiograms. Assist with Biohazard Waste packaging. Ability to relieve in any Medical facility.
